Our legal business name is "Teds Lifestyle Store" and we also trade under this name. "Teds Lifestyle Store" will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.
Pricing
Prices displayed for goods are valid only for purchases made through this website. Any special prices displayed are valid for the dates specified or while stocks last. All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars, and include all government charges . Teds Lifestyle Store. reserves the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday. Approximate delivery times are as follows: Most orders 1 to 2 days larger items may take longer and Rural delivery may take 2 extra days. Shipping prices are added at checkout and are also displayed at bottom of our home page.
Returns
All products sold by Teds Lifestyle Store, are inspected prior to despatch, and are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. All sales are also covered by the provisions of New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.
Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental or water damage. In the rare event of a claim we shall repair, replace, or credit at our discretion.
Please note: please be sure of your selection as we cannot refund or replace any products based simply on a change of mind.
The first priority is the event of a fault or failure is to contact us immediately, stating the nature of the claim. We will reply promptly to provide a sympathetic resolution. We may ask you to return the goods for inspection or repair or send a picture.
Please note - should goods arrive damaged, we must be notified within 7 days of invoice, or your claim will not be accepted. You may be asked to send a picture for a freight claim.

Through the conduct of its normal business, Teds Lifestyle Store may collect customer information including contact and delivery details. We will never store or retain your credit card information. Credit card transactions are processed securely by Paypal.
Any personal information we collect will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent of the owner, except in cases where the information is necessary to carry out the transaction entered into by the customer.
